I called North Bend a minute ago and talked to Kristi... she remembered us from last time and was thrilled we wanted to return.
Of the 4 dates listed above she had 3/17 and 3/24 available. The lodge rooms would be $59 a night and cabins have a 2 night minimum and start at $98 a night. What does everyone think? Check your schedules and let me know!!!

Not sure that we can make it this year but we did enjoy it that time we came! Our schedule is a getting full as I am sure a lot of yours are. I want to let you know that you should think about keeping the first part of June free, we are working on something that I know you guys will like, EATING! The Michigan coordinators & I are working on a GTG at
Das Dutchman Essenhaus. I have not started a thread about this GTG yet but thought I would let you guys know that we are talking about it. It looks like it will be the first or second Saturday in June. Click through the links on the Essenhaus website, there is lots of Amish shopping, buggy rides and it is the largest restaurant in Indiana, they serve food family style where they pass the dishes around until we are all full! We have ate there and it is some of the best food you will ever eat! They have lodging right on the premises.

The Essenhaus is located in Middlebury Indiana just 6 miles off of I 80/90. Keep an eye on the Indiana and Michigan threads for this posting and more details! Hope to see most of you there!

Hello all!  We haven't fallen off the face of the Earth, but just been busy!!  I sometimes think I have too many irons in the fire now, plus we have been dealing with being sick and getting better and passing it around!  This weekend, Connor came down with Chicken Pox, even though he's be vaccinated!  He'll get to go back to school on Wednesday. 
Thanks again to Melissa for calling North Bend and getting the ball rolling!!  We will certainly try to be there!!!! 
Scott and Tiara, sorry we missed your party!  It was a sick weekend for us...again.  :O(

Bummer, sounds like the Bubba household is going through what is a typical Sanders household school year, but luckly, knock on wood, the only one that has really had a battle this year with bugs is Valerie.

We will have to play it by ear as far as the GTG.  Tiara is singing for all county, and has different singing things on the weekend, or babysitting.  She scored all "1's" at her last competition and superior, she was the only one to score all 1's.  Her chorus teacher has her with two other girls, forming a trio, the Patriettes, and thinks he can get them gigs performing.  They had their first performance last week at an insurance conference at the Civic Center.

Now if I can just get her on American Idol next year so I can retire, or buy more mods, I don't know which.

I have spoken to Michele and Ronnie and I'm sure we are having an "eating" I'm just not sure where or exactly when. I do know the Bubba's have plans in Huntington till 2. Let me check with the group in the morning and see if we can figure this out. :wave:

So, sounds like this might be what we call "lupper"  -- the meal that falls between lunch and supper.  :D  That would be good.  We wouldn't have to leave home too early and could get home before it gets late.  We'll check in the morning to see where to meet you all.

A decision has finally been made we'll have dinner  today at 4... that's considered "lupper" isn't it?  We'll be eating at Famous Dave's at South Ridge.

Just pulled in the drive a few moments ago.  Famous Dave's was very good, but the company was better.  :love:   

A little Zaino application dissolved the old coat of Zaino and took the graffiti with it.  :woohoo:

Someone didn't like the way I parked.  (I was hogging more than my space).  They left me messages in black marker about my parking skill on both doors of the drivers side.

Is their anyone else from WV going to Music City Mayhem in Nashville? It is going to be an awesome GTG with 86 avalanches already signed up to attend. You all can't let Taney and I be the only ones to represent our state!!!? :badidea: You all know what an impression Taney can make :rolleyes:? ... wouldn't want them thinking all us hillbillies are like that! :eek:
